Being a Product Manager can be super hard at times. The role comes with a lot of responsibility as well as plenty of ambiguity and high expectations. Which means it's very common to feel stuck, uncertain of how to improve, or trapped being endlessly busy.
As your coach I can help you navigate through these tough spots so you can be your best at work and lead with confidence. I'll share my learnings and techniques to help you improve your skills, advance your decision making, and shape your own leadership style.

I worked for 10 years as Product Manager in startups in London and remote teams distributed globally. Through those experiences I've seen almost every startup situation you can get into as a PM. From struggling to find traction, to hiring your first team. From establishing a culture of customer centricity, to scaling a product to meaningful profitability. From feeling lost on important initiatives, to defining product strategy for international scale and global expansion.

How coaching sessions work
Coaching with me will start by understanding you and your context. Your strengths and weaknesses. Your personal goals and motivations. With that we will write a clear vision and agree on one or two goals to work on together first.
You set the agenda for each call in a shared agenda document so we spend the time working on what matters most to you. Each session ends with clear actions - mainly for you but sometimes for me too - and if you need help between calls I am available on email and loom to keep you moving forwards between calls.

I also offer Job Hunt calls focused specifically on getting you your next job. We start by taking a step back and defining your ideal role in an aspirational job spec. With this we can be really deliberate about how you spend your time and energy on your job hunt.
We'll then do a CV deep dive together where I'll review your CV as though I'm a hiring manager so you can see the areas that are working, and those that aren't. Once you've redrafted your CV we'll review it together again to make sure you're presenting yourself in the very best light.
And finally we'll go through personalised mock and practice interviews so you can get your nerves out the way, refine your interview prep, and practice specific stages of your interviews so you can show up at your very best.

A free intro call with me is a casual chat to hear more about you, your context, and what you hope to get out of coaching. It's a no obligation way to see if we both think we'll work well together. I'll also explain how I like to work in terms of coaching, scheduling, and staying in touch between calls.

Usually for 3-6 months. This is usually enough time to work on a few impactful goals together, get some exciting wins under your belt, and build your confidence up to take on your next challenges.
- You'll have access to your payment dashboard in Stripe so you can easily pause your subscription whenever you want to. We also agree specific goals and set actions as part of every call so you won't be starting from scratch each call.

I can certainly help you improve your chances of getting a new job, but I can't guarantee you a job. Everyone I've worked with has landed more interviews and a new job after working with me. But you need to put in the work as I can't force anyone to hire you.
